Our goal is to guide you to the best resolution for your problem. We test every component in your computer, including RAM, hard drive, video card, motherboard and more.
Express Service
- Work begins immediately after checkin and payment. *
- Project will receive priority over standard and economy jobs.
- Work will be performed 7 days a week, until project is completed.
Prepaid Diagnostic / Evaluation - $89.95
Laptop Liquid Spill - $119.95
Standard Service
- Work begins within 5 business days after checkin. *
- Work will be performed on weekdays only, Mon - Fri.
Prepaid Diagnostic / Evaluation - $49.95
Economy Service
- Work begins within 10-15 business days after checkin. *
- Work will be performed on weekdays only, Mon - Fri.
Prepaid Diagnostic / Evaluation - $29.95
Progressive Tech will not dismantle a computer as part of a basic diagnostic. Fortunately, most computers do not need to be dismantled to complete a diagnosis. If a problem requires dismantling of your machine, hourly labor charges will apply in addition to our standard diagnosis charges.
