Seattle’s Fastest Growing Computer-Repair and IT-Support Company Launches New Website: Ushering in a new Era.
Progressive Tech upgraded its web presence with a new, easily navigable website, www.ProgressiveTech.com, taking another step forward as Seattle’s leader in Computer-Repair and IT-Solutions and Support services.
The new website reflects the tech-savvy state of the art in intelligent and practical design, aesthetic appeal, ease of navigation, as well as dissemination and use of information in an age where everyone is bombarded with constant stimuli.
“The goal is quite simple,” said Richard Roth, one of Progressive Tech’s owners and visionaries. “I wanted our end users to come to our website and find what they’re looking for, or what they need, within 30 seconds.”
Richard said it was important to reduce web-clutter while still offering significant content, make the site elegant and appealing to the eye, but very easy to use and extremely functional and valuable to Progressive Tech’s clients and partner businesses.
“I wanted to ensure we’d still be able to serve our clients’ needs after they picked up their computers, or we serviced them on onsite visits. That’s taking a website a step further into the realm of real-time tech-support that eliminates the need to come back to us, or even call us with follow up questions,” Roth continued.
One of Progressive Tech’s website’s standout features will give its clients access to the ongoing status of their specific jobs. Also, clients and visitors to the site will easily find answers to frequently asked questions.
“For example, someone might ask, ‘How do I reset my operating system password?’ Or, ‘where is my data located, and where can I find my files?’ ‘How do I reinstall this program, and how do you un-install something?’ Or they may be stumped on why Kaspersky (Internet Security Program) is alerting them to something, or why it’s asking to block a program. Those are questions they’ll get answers to 24-7, no matter if we’re here in the shop or not. We wanted to be able to provide that type of information in an effortless manner,” Roth further explained.
Progressive Tech’s new website will also feature streaming video features of Progressive Tech news and events as well as MP3 files of audio “Tech-Talk” segments. The site will contain links to Progressive Tech’s various business clients’ and partners’ websites, and services and products, as well as other links to helpful technical guides and software.
Progressive Tech started as a dream that took root in Richard Roth’s home, and quickly blossomed into the fastest-growing company in the Computer Repair and IT Support field in Seattle.
