Progressive Tech Featured on Nationally Broadcast Radio Program.
Progressive Tech, Seattle’s fastest growing Computer-Repair and IT Solutions and Support Company, received nation-wide exposure on Air America’s Thom Hartmann Show.
Hartmann interviewed Progressive Tech’s marketing and public relations director Jacques Pugh on the program during a segment dedicated solely to featuring businesses that are catalysts in their communities and advertise on progressive radio stations.
“Thom is the best progressive talk show host who links listeners and sponsors,” explained Progressive Tech’s senior partner, Martin Roth.
“He does a fantastic job at explaining to his listeners why it’s important to support businesses that support progressive talk radio,” Roth continued.
In Seattle, Hartmann’s program is broadcast on Progressive Talk Radio AM 1090 between the 9:00 AM and 12-noon time slot.
Progressive Tech has advertised on AM 1090 for a year and enjoys a great relationship with the CBS Media Group owned station.
Progressive Tech’s partners recently met Hartmann and other notable progressive radio hosts privately during AM 1090’s recent “We the People Forum” held in Seattle, which was partly sponsored by Progressive Tech.
“I have to tell you, the guys at Progressive Tech certainly do a great job. They helped me solve a specific computer problem,” Hartmann said citing personal experience with Progressive Tech during the segment.
Pugh explained to Hartmann’s national audience the importance Progressive Tech places on being a responsible business partner in its community and the premium it places on being responsive to the needs of its clients and the community at large. Pugh also highlighted Progressive Tech’s growing role, as a small, expanding, business, contributing to core American economic values.
Roth said the segment seemed to have struck a keen chord with Hartmann’s substantial audience, especially those who went immediately online. “After Thom’s segment we saw a huge increase in the number of hits on our website. And these were from all across the country,” he said. “We certainly couldn’t have asked for better exposure.”
Roth also said he intends for Progressive Tech to maintain a good relationship with Hartmann. “Thom broadcasts from Portland (Ore.),” continued Roth. “We’re thinking of, eventually, locating a Progressive Tech shop in Portland. We believe continuing a good relationship with Thom will be a great benefit in helping us make that happen.”
