Progressive Tech Announces New “Business to Business” Tech Support Plan.

Progressive Tech unveiled a new, comprehensive, tech-support plan geared specifically for small to medium-sized businesses. The plan addresses the growing reliance many smaller- sized companies have on increasingly sophisticated computer networks in managing their business operations.

The “Small Business Technical Support Services” plan allows companies to hire-out Information Technology (IT) support services to Progressive Tech, at a mere fraction of what will cost them to hire a tech-support operations staff.

“Every company that has, let’s say, between 10 to 30 computer users, needs a dedicated technician to service their IT needs to ensure their business runs smoothly without glitches,” said Chris Sharpe, Progressive Tech’s manager.
“Hiring one tech these days will cost the average company somewhere between 50 and 70-thousand dollars a year in salary and benefits. And, that’s probably a conservative estimate,” Sharpe continued.
