In cases of total mechanical failure, fire, water, smoke or electrical damage, hard drives must be opened and serviced in a clean-room environment. As a customer of Progressive Tech, Drive Savers will waive their standard attempt fee of $200. This means if you don't get the data you need, there is no charge. In addition, Progressive Tech customers will receive a minimum 10% discount from Drive Savers on a successful data recovery
